refund cheque receive but I don't want a cheque

via my accountant, I received a tax return refund cheque for my company. I tried various ways to deposit the cheque but none have worked, including creating a bank account for the company.

I would like to have the cheque cancelled and the amount can remain as a credit on the company's tax account because the next BAS will wipe it out anyhow.
