Getting divorced. Going to give the ex half my super. I m retired. Can I choose if it comes out of my accumulation or pension account? Or does the fund or taxation department do that?

I wont need to draw down as much now so I'm not sure if I should give it to her out of that account or if she gets it out of my accumulation can I transfer money back from the pension account

Hi @Oldbloke,

This is something your APRA fund will arrange when they receive an official notification/court order, so I recommend talking to your fund. They'll be able to tell you how it'll happen depending on the rules of the fund and depending on what type of super interest you have.
