Howdy @Yogendra77,

As for using a fleet vehicle for home garaging and after-hours use would be under Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT).

If the vehicle is a car, private use includes home garaging unless it is an emergency service car doing work tasks on the way to or from work. For eligible commercial vehicles, such as utes that carry less than one tonne, limited private use is exempt from FBT. This limited use typically includes travel between work and home, as well as minor, infrequent, and irregular private use.
