I was born in the USA to Australian parents and have lived in the USA my entire life and am the owner of a small business (LLC). I've recently become a dual citizen and plan on moving to Australia next year. I am planning on keeping my LLC going in the US and will also register a business in Australia. I am an artist and make home decor objects just FYI. I am trying to figure out the best way to organize this so that I stay compliant with business registrations and taxes, and also don't get "double taxed". Is anyone else in this situation and / or have any suggestions on who I would contact to get advice on this? Thank you!

Hi @rndesign,

We've got you covered. If you're a dual citizen. Australia has tax agreements with various countries to prevent double taxation.

Check out our other detailed info about Coming to Australia for some helpful info.
