I worked while holding a student visa during the 2023-2024 fiscal year. However, in the ATO personal details, it is stated that I am a Working Holiday Maker. How can I update this part?

We get that kind of info from what your employer reports to us. You can fill out and give them a new Withholding declaration so they can fix it up.

I'm already classified for tax residency, and my employer reported me under the tax-free threshold. However, my personal details on my ATO account indicate that I am a working holiday maker. This is the only thing I want to update. Because of this, when I try to file my tax, the working holiday maker box is automatically ticked and cannot be modified.

That indicator comes from the department of home affairs. You'll need to reach out to them to have that corrected if you're not a WHM.
