I even got blocked by the ATO on here for asking an officer to stop giving out false information about this issue. Called a few times. No Answers !!!

Timing can differ depending on the checks that need to be done. Its great that yours is going through the steps. Processing happens smoothly when your info is 'tax ready'.
I lodged 1/7 - effective 14/7. It was in balancing account over a week until last friday where it changed to "Processing" wiith the new effective date of 17/7. However when I look in tax accounts section its got balance $0.00. In summary its got that i am $3000 DR then $3000 CR.
My partner is still 12/7 and balancing account even tho she did hers the same day... but in her tax account its showing a refund of $1500 in balance...
its all so confusing!!!
If your balance is 0 in the accounts part, you’ll get your funds on the 17th. Your partner is same as me and many others.
I hope they fix the problem soon . they are quick enough to tax us but wont give back what we are owed!
The worst part is, they don’t tell us what is going on. I got blocked here yesterday from an ato person cause I pointed out they gave us incorrect information. They didn’t respond, just blocked me

mine is tax ready. Like most people. You just give the same response that is incorrect. Then you have the audacity to say the post has been answered!! Why can’t you give us a real reason and real time frame so people can eat and pay their bills…
same boat as you but my employer only went tax ready on friday 12/7/24.

I got through to the ato this morning and they advised me that we will need to wait 30 days and it will get automatically released.
Better not be 30 days considering it takes 12 days usually
I’m exactly the same!!! I rang ATO yesterday on hold for 2 hrs, to get nowhere!!!! 🤬 How frustrating this is.
at least a email or text to tell us what is going on could be helpful. Instead of a stupid ass automatic same reply answer you get on here!!! That is no help at all………..
