We are a registered tax agent and would like to prepare a NFP self-review returns on behalf of a couple of our clients. When I log on to the agent Online Services I can see the prepare link for it. When I click on it I see an error message "403 - Forbidden. You don't have permission to access this page using the credentials you supplied." How do we fix this issue?

This usually means that you don't have permissions to lodge on their behalf. This could mean that your individual permissions aren't activated for that type of lodgment, and discussed with whoever gave you access to the portal. The other side could be that you only registered the client by the ABN and not at the client level. If that's the case you'll need to readd the client with the TFN.
