Hi, I cannot access SecureMail, it shows a loading screen indefinitely. It has been like this for a few weeks.


I need to submit a form to get a tax residency certificate for my current employment -- and SecureMail is the only way to do this aside from postal, but I live in Argentina so postal isn't possible. Please help! I just want to submit this form...
