Hi,

ATO has part of my super that I accrued when I was on WHV.

I'm now on a 482 visa, and I'd like to move those money to my current super or withdraw them.

The ATO app says I'm eligible to withdraw my super, is that going to cause an issue as I 'm still in Australia with a valid visa? or is it fine to withdraw it even if I'm still employed in Australia and not leaving?

Thanks in advance

Hello @Vitto92

Hmmm

The ATO app has allowed you to try to withdraw your ATO held super?

Or does it simply have the button with the option to do so?

There are a few times you can withdraw your ATO held super if you meet the eligibility criteria.

Otherwise, you can absolutely transfer it yourself online to an open superfund you already have.

Your visa status makes no difference if you decide you are a resident for tax purposes.
