In 1989-1990 I worked in Sydney for Woolworth warehouse now shut and other job in foundry now shut. How do I claim super for that period.

There is a way to see if they have paid your super or not.
You can log into your ATO online account and check under Super.
This will show you open and closed super accounts with balances and if there is any ATO held super.
If you don't see anything then you can lodge an unpaid super report here.
Bare in mind that you will need your previous employer's ABN to lodge this report.
