I recently applied for DASP, but I am having great difficulty because I cannot enter my Superannuation fund number (SFN) and my USI number (replaces SPIN) number. For the time being, I submitted the application with the details in the remarks field with the last two digits unable to be entered.


When I look at it later, it comes up with an error message asking me to try again later, and this has been going on for more than a week. I think I need to take action again, but I don't know where to contact. Please advise if anyone can help me with this, as the time frame for applying online is approaching!

We might need a bit more info from you to help.


Have you left the country or are you still in Australia?


Has your VISA expired?


Do you have access to MyGov & ATO Online? If yes, then on your ATO Online account, you should be able to see the option Super>Fund Details. This is where you can get the fund ABN, USI & Member Account No.


Alternatively, you can contact your Superfund for all the details you require🙂

Thank you for your information.


I have left Australia and my visa has expired already as well.

I have contacted to my fund and i have all the infomation but the thing is my application has error now, Im not sure if I should wait more or not.
