Question 1

We are tax agent and our new client cannot add us a new tax agent for Trust. how do I solve issue they cannot see it from the list.


Question 2

The client added us as a new tax agent but mistakenly added only the Activity Statement, not Income Tax. We both don't know how to do it more easily. Please do not ask to do it again by removing it. I know I can remove and redo it and let the previous tax agent be reappointed and removed by us, and so on.

Hey @tiffany.park,


Does the Trust have an ABN? If so, the client will need to give us a call and have the Trust manually linked in RAM. They'll then need to go through the Agent nomination process through OSFB once we connect them up.


Check out the info we have on accessing online services with myGovID and RAM


For the answer to your second question, there's no easier way to do this. The client will need to send you through another nomination through OSFB. Giving you authorisation for both their Income Tax and Activity Statements.
