I am wondering if I can claim tax free thresholds on the tax claims I have already done. I did not know I had to add my employer to my ATO and therefore have not claimed the tax-free threshold. I thought it was done automatically. This year I had two jobs and went over the threshold for the first time ever, however I did not know I had to tick the box to claim it. Please help.

If you are not claiming the tax-free threshold with either employer and you wish to do so with one of them then complete a withholding declaration form. See below

Withholding declaration | Australian Taxation Office (ato.gov.au)

Every taxpayer (Australian tax resident over 18) does not pay tax on their first $18,200 (for the full year). This is automatic, you don't apply for this.
