Do you mean you've given the wrong info on the withholding declaration you've given to your employer? If this is what's happened, you'll need to give them a new withholding declaration with the correct info on it.
Have you had too much tax withheld or not enough?
When you lodge your tax return, you'll also have the option to advise us of your residency status if this is the issue. The amount of tax you'll be required to pay on your income will be based on the info you give us.
