There is an expectation that every taxpayer has a myGov account and is able to link to the Australian Taxation Office. If you don't or can't and your employer doesn't provide a payment summary (and they are now not required to do that if they report and finalise through single touch payroll) then one option is to visit a tax agent to prepare your tax return.
Other way is to contact ATO. See link on income statements
Access your income statement | Australian Taxation Office (ato.gov.au)
There is also the ATO app (which I know nothing about)

Thank you for replying to my question. I do have a link to ATO site through Mygov account. I also received notifications through Mygov that my income statement is available and it was finalised by my employer. However, only two of my employers has done it. I contacted my other employer and told them that I haven't receive my income statement as yet. I also ask the person who is looking after the payroll in that department, If they're using a "Single touch payroll" and she responded that "She's not sure" and that shell get back to me. I have not heard from her, It's more than a week since the last time I have communication with her. What should I do now? please help.
Thanking you once again.

Well, if there is someone who is looking after payroll then you can hope it will be resolved soon. Really is now up to employer to do the right thing.

Thanks again. My Support coordinator manager replied that "It's a bulk upload down every fortnight for all employees" and that there software is linked to ATO. Also said that the manager in the finance department stated that they sent it through "single touch".
My question now, is it right for them to uploads all employees pay slips in bulk?
I really do appreciate your replying to my messages.
Thanks

Can't help there. No idea about payroll. Sounds as if it would be the way to do it though.
