@palchin

hi, I have received a missed call from you at 11:39am on 5th August, and a text message requesting a call back to 1300 650 286. I have tried multiple times on 5th August, and about 20 times on 6th August from 7am to 4pm, left 5-6 messages to your voicemail. Given I only have till 7th August to get back to you, is there any other way I can get in touch with you so I won’t miss the deadline to discuss about the 2024 incoming tax return?

many thanks 🙏

Hey @Ascemico,

Sorry to hear there've been issues when you tried calling back.

You may want to speak with our individual's area. Someone will still be able to look at your tax return and see what needed to be discussed.

We probably just need to check something if the info doesn't match what's on our records. We might change certain details if we haven't spoken with you by the timeframe, but you can always dispute the changes by requesting a review if that happens.

I've had the same problem. Received an email in MYGOV app to contact ATO on the 1300 number. Tried several times past week and told the service isn't working. I'll try the individual's area.
