By next month, it will have been one year since my superannuation from my last employer has not been paid at all. I have already lodged two reports, but the ATO has not contacted me whatsoever. I did my DASP (since I left the country), but there is still some superannuation missing.

What should I do?

Hi @FranFran

I take it you mean that you've lodged unpaid super reports.

I'll include a link here on unpaid super if you haven't.

If you've lodged this type of report, they can take more than 12 months to finalise.

We do notify you along the way.

Are you able to log into myGov while o'seas? This is where we'll issue the letters to on the progress.

If it's been a while since you've lodged a report, then it might be best to reach out to us on our Super line to talk about the progress of your report.
