I'm writing to seek your assistance because I'm having trouble withdrawing my superannuation funds. I was on a Working Holiday Visa (WHV) in Australia from October 2022 to June 2023.
Since I've left the country, I no longer have access to my Australian phone number, which makes it difficult to contact someone who can help with this issue.
I've been following the usual steps on the ATO website to withdraw my superannuation, but I’m getting stuck when entering my details, as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please assist me with this matter? Alternatively, could you provide me with an email contact for someone who can help resolve this issue?
