Hi,

My DASP application has been accepted by you and sent to Hostplus, but I am having an issue with them not accepting my certified documents from an Aupost officer with all the information needed because they are saying the years of service of the Aupost officer needs to be in the document certification. However, when I check the documents where they say who can certify the copies, it doesn't say anything about how to provide this information in the certified copy.

Furthermore, that same kind of copy has been presented to the Australian Government several times and accepted without any issues. How is it possible that the government accepts those copies and an Australian company doesn't?

Regards,

Gonzalo

Hey @gonzarodriguez8,

Yeah, that's it.

Different orgs have different rules and superfunds have their own rules and regulations.

Is it possible to get in contact with the post office and get the person who certified to supply what they're asking for?

Get in touch with Hostplus also and see what they can offer you as a solution to this.

We don't have any control over what they will and won't accept. 😔
