We totally understand how frustrating it is when refunds are delayed, especially when something this big is going on.
There are several reasons why his tax return needs more processing time, and our tax return news article covers these.
If we need more info about his lodgement, we'll get in touch, so he shouldn't need to contact us. And just as importantly, he shouldn't try to lodge again because it could slow things down more.
Hopefully it's not too far off for him though 🤞🤞
