I am trying to help my Mum set up ATO myGov on her phone but received this message 999 domain error. Have tried logging out, closing apps, restarting her phone and finally logging her in on another device (my phone) per the forum advice. Nothing has worked.
Except that I have now uncovered something quite alarming. When using my Mums login on MyGov on my phone, and attempting to link ATO - my full ATO details were available through her login. There is no logout or unlink option!!! How is this possible ATO?
