Sure, you said it wasn't the $20,000 that the HELP account has showing. But is it reasonable to assume it "could've" included any HELP overpayments? 🤔


It can take some time for things like HELP balances to update in our online system.


If you're entitled to a refund of this amount, then it's something you'll have to request from us directly.


As we don't have access to your account or info, we wouldn't be able to say what your situation looks like from this platform.

No, there isn't another way to contact us.


As we're experiencing high call volumes it's best to try first thing of a morning. We're available from 8am to 6pm your local time.

Is there any other way to contact besides calling? I've tried a few times over the past two days at different times of day however have been told due to peak demand they are unable to take my call
