Does the NOA have an effective date on it?   This is the date when the refund should be issued to your bank. If we've passed the effective date, there could be something else causing the hold-up.   We've covered some info on the progress of tax returns in our article where is my tax return (https://community.ato.gov.au/s/article/a079s0000009Gl2AAE/wheres-my-tax-return). If you want more specific info about what's happening, give us a call and we can look at your account.
