Hi i submitted my tax return and gst.
I was supposed to get gst refund. I lodged on 15 Aug 2024 and today its almost one month but I have not received the gst refund.
The status still says "Processing".
can somebdy please help me?
I am stressed out.

For electronic lodgements there is a 12-business day service standard. This one seems to be taking longer than that though. I'll recommend contacting our business enquiries team. We can do some checks on your account and see what's holding things up.
Processing means that we're working on it. I can't say what it might be without being able to check your account details.

It has already been almost one month thats why I am worried.
When i try to go through the link provided by you it takes me to same standard procedure.
when I call ATO, it takes forever to connect with them.
Is there any way to work out the things ?
