After retirement my employer tried to pay unpaid super money into personal super account which was closed upon my retirement as I now have a pension account. I had to open a new personal super account to allow this payment to be made. I forwarded all relevant information on new account including bsb and account numbers to former employer but nothing has been paid. I want to speak to someone at the ATO about this issue but have no idea how to proceed or even where to start. I have not heard anything further from my previous employer.
