I'm followinig the updated instructions to add a new nominated agent however, I also want to remove my current nominated agents. I can't find any fields to do either. I've completed Step 3 of the PDF "How to nominate an agent in Online services for business". I've selected "Profile" and then "Agent details" in Step 4. It then says to select "Nominate agent" but there is no field to do this. How do I nominate an agent? And, how to I remove the two agents taht currently appear in the "Agent details" section?

To clarify, when you're looking in Agent Nominations you've got no button to 'Add'?
Do you have full access for online services? Or were you granted access by someone else that is the Director or owner? You may not have the correct permissions to make these changes. That would explain the lack of the 'Add' button.
If you're the owner, the button should be there. Could be a web browser issue. Some browsers don't work too well with parts of our online system. Can you try a different browser or in something like incognito mode?
If still nothing, our business enquiries team can assist to do the nomination.
Getting the new tax agent added will remove the old ones.
