Hi,

I'm currently overseas trying to access my ATO through myGov. ATO is already linked but when I click on it i get the following error:


An error has occurred

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Return to myGov and try again. If the problem continues, contact us

.

Error code: server_error


Any idea what the error could be? Thanks in advance

Hi @pty10,


If you've received a server error, this usually means there's a problem with your browser, computer or internet connection.


We would suggest trying to log in with a stronger internet connection, using a different browswer or a different device.

Thanks for the reply. I have other services linked to myGov and the internet connection works fine. I tried two different browsers, used a different device (mobile phone) and still same error message. Any other ideas?
