Tax Return NOA letter was sent on the 11th of September stating that my refund has been deposited into the nominated account which came a few days after a message from ato., I’m confused however because only in my accounts summary it says cancellation of return so not sure why I would get my NOA, a message and the app say everything went through while I still haven’t received any funds into my bank account. I have tired to update my bank account details and until 5 business days didn't receive any update. Haven't received any communication from the ATO , I have tired to call but it say my tax return is completed. What does this mean? Will i receive my refund? My effective date hasn’t changed from 12th September

When you log into online services (myGov>ATO) can you see the credit sitting there waiting to be refunded?
If there was an issue with your bank details and we've tried to refund it without success it will bounce back to us. It will sit as a credit on your account until you update those details. Once they're updated the funds will refund to you within the next 7-10 business days.
If you log in and can't see anything then you'll need to speak with our individual's area. The best time to make contact is first thing of a morning or late arvo.

I have an amount sitting in there as a credit. I tired to update bank details ill wait another 5 business days but do you have a number i can contact if it doesn't update are that?
