I have been informed that i need to take a tie breaker test to determine if i am an Australian Tax resident or a uk tax resident
I have been living in uk for 2 years but have made several trips back to Australia
I still have a business in operation in Australia and a property rented out in Australia
i will be returning to Australia at some point

The tie breaker test is essentially you working out your tax residency.
There are 4 residency tests to help you with working this out. It all comes down to your personal circumstances and your intentions.
