I cannot go to ATO linked service from myGov. I received the following error:
A951.08 - Invalid account details
The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) is unable to verify your identity because the myGov account details you provided are different from the account you used to authenticate.
- Return to myGov and try again, or
Refer to Troubleshooting for Individuals for assistance or contact us.
I think this is due to an inconsistency with my maiden name. I was having issues with consolidating my two super accounts, one account included my maiden and the other without, so I corrected my name to include my maiden name as per my Australian Passport and Driver's licence.
My name on myGov is missing my maiden name.
My name on Medicare includes my maiden name, yet I can go Medicare linked service from myGov.
Please advise.
