Hi,

I'm leaving overseas and will like to apply for super on compassionate grounds (medical). I live in a Spanish speaking country and wondering if it still possible to apply? Will I need to translate medical documents from spanish to english? Can I apply online?

Thanks

Yes, if you are/have been an Australian or NZ citizen/permanent resident.

Yes, but the translator must be NAATI accredited.

And yes, but the requirements are lengthy with a 20MB limit for PDFs.
