I've recently noticed my super account is missing some payments. My employer sends payments monthly but May and June of 2024 haven't been paid. I did contact my employer about the missing amounts and have not heard anything further then.

Fund recall being approved and they are waiting on the bank "will pay immediately after receiving"

I am wondering how long I should wait or will it be any quicker to put a report in with the ATO for unpaid super?

Hi @davidtorto,

Did your employer say they hadn't paid it yet?

That's entirely up to you and what you want to do. You could speak to them again and see if they can give you a time frame as to when they'll be paying it. If they can't then you can go ahead and submit an unpaid super report.

Given how many posts there are on here about the delays to people’s tax returns, your best bet is to chase it up again with your employer. They’re not insolvent are they?

They said it was paid but it didn't go through clearing house into my account. So they issued a refund for it to then be contributed again.
