Hey Murz187, Not sure about changing it through the ATO. You can do it if you have access to ATO online. You'll need to submit a new TFN declaration (https://www.ato.gov.au/forms-and-instructions/tfn-declaration), saying you're want the tax free threshold, there'll also be a question asking if you want to send it to your employer as well. The easiest way would be just to ask your employer what you ticked and lodge a new TFN dec with them, as they're the ones that withhold the tax, not the ATO.
