MygovID app wants me to update and shows error code CER000001.
Clicking the update button sends me to the app store and there are no updates to be found.
I had this issue last week and ATO technical support had me delete the app, download it again, go through the ID verification including the facial verification. It worked after that. I have tried the same process this time and it has not helped. I have rung 1300 287 539 and they have not been able to assist me at all. Basically I should download the new myID app and that will solve the problem. The new app is not available until mid November. They have no answers and finished off the call with "is there anything else I can help you with?"
Words fail me. What am I supposed to do until I can access the new app?
My phone is an Apple, I have not replaced it recently, the software is up to date and I have switched if off and on again in case that might help. Is there an answer to this issue?
