I've noticed that all my payslips have the incorrect pay period dates on them. They are all out by on week. So after I was injured at work it says I worked a full week after that injury when I did not. I received the correct pay but it's made things complicated when dealing with work cover.

I've repeatedly raised the issue with my employer but they don't see any errors even though none of the pay periods on my timesheets line up with the corresponding payslip. I've also requested a full pay record and they are refusing to give it to me.

Ive tried fairwork and they just dont seem to care but its affected my workcover payments and my ability to apply for a loan because they also pay me inconsistently on different days of the week (sometimes up to 9 days after the pay period) and from different accounts.

it's such a mess and no one seems to care or can help. Not even fair work.

Hi @Emacca,

We're sorry this is happening.

It also isn't something that we can help you with. Pay periods and pay slips are processed through your employer's payroll software.

If you believe they are dodging their reporting requirements then feel free to lodge a tip off with us.
