I was an Austrailan PR earlier and my PR expired 10 years back, but I have super funds (Australian Super) and currently I am 48 Years old. Can I claim the Super at 58 when I retire. Please clarify on this.

No, not unless you qualify for early access to your Super or Departing Australia superannuation payment (DASP). For DASP you need to have been paid Super if you had a temporary visa which you haven't mentioned. Check out both links I've provided to see if you qualify.
Under normal conditions you can access your super when you turn 65 or if you've retired then it's when you've reached preservation age. Your preservation age is 60 since you were born after 1 July 1964.

Thanks for your response.
With regards to temporary visa, I don't have any Australian visa currently. My PR expired 10 years ago and I have moved out of Australia permanently.
So, as per your response, as I am born after 1 July 1964, I can claim the Superfunds at my preservation age of 60, is that correct.
