Hi,


My Access has expired and have now reapply and resubmitted my documents and when my manager send me a new RAM authorization code, it won't proceed and is showing that "You already have an active authorisation for this business." However I've already checked and I don't have any existing active authorization anymore. the last one was inactive expired. Is there anything I need to do from my end. Side note the original email used for my initial access prior expiration is different and we have updated and used a new business email address.

Are you listed as the principal authorisation or hold a higher authority in RAM?


If not, your current authorisation may need to be updated. You'll need to request this from someone who has a higher authorisation than you. This could be the director of the business.

Thanks for the reply. No I'm not listed as the holder of the principal authorization. The ATO have been contacted but now the problem is the ATO has misplaced our POI documents so we're back to square 1
