My Access has expired and have now reapply and resubmitted my documents and when my manager send me a new RAM authorization code, it won't proceed and is showing that "You already have an active authorisation for this business." However I've already checked and I don't have any existing active authorization anymore. the last one was inactive expired. Is there anything I need to do from my end. Side note the original email used for my initial access prior expiration is different and we have updated and used a new business email address.
