Greetings, ATO community! My super was sent by my super fund to the ATO under unclaimed super, but so far it has not shown up there after 30 days.

When contacts were attempted:

  1. the super fund says the super money has been sent to ATO so all further questions should be directed to ATO;
  2. the ATO online system simply shows no super money there;
  3. the automatic hotlines (131020 & 132865) ATO provides just repeat the same obvious fact (no super money found) with no options to do anything about it except using the online system or contacting the super fund;
  4. online answers seem to suggest no face-to-face meetings would be available at ATO offices.

I've exhausted all apparent options and cannot find any chance to contact any ATO staff directly, and would be very grateful if anyone could give me some suggestions.

Hey there @Firewood8burn7,

If you can't see your super on your ATO Online services, its cause Super funds only report to us quarterly.

You can ask your super fund for a statement of your account, this is so you can see what you have, and when they sent this to us.

If you're trying to speak to our team, the best time to call would be at 8am on the dot.
