Hi. I have a payment plan set up but I don’t know where they will charge. I do not have an option to update payment like direct debit or credit it just says other payment options. How do I change to direct debit as I am worried about skipping a payment as I do not know where they will currently charge.

Hey @Anita8014,


After doing some reading, it seems direct debit should've been chosen at the time the payment plan was set-up.


But, you still 'should' be able to do this online, through the modify an instalment option. However, they don't allow modifications if a payment plan goes for over 24 months, assuming that's only the amount though.


If the ability to change the payment method doesn't exist for you, you'd best reach out to them to do it manually. Best time to try is very first thing when they open (8am your local time). 😎
