My super has not been paid since 1/07/2023 and I am now owed over $20,000.

It has been sitting with the ATO for nearly a year and I have had no communication on what is happening in the back ground, what are my options here? Is there a way for me to take this directly to the magistrates court?

FYI I rang to ATO the other day and was just told, "we are sending notices"

Ive made over four lodgements of non payment and been chasing since January of this year.

Hi @JS1495

We appreciate you reporting your unpaid super to us, we work hard to recoup the unpaid super amounts from your employer. But this process isn't quick, it can take quite a while for us to track down your unpaid super and get it paid.

We have procedures in place to recover the funds from your employer, and if we've advised we're sending notices, that means this process has begun. You can read more about what we do when super is not paid on our website.

What you can also do is report it to the Fair Work Ombudsmen so they can conduct an investigation too.
