Hi, I am currently a student in Australia and sometimes provide a laundry / garment / clothes folding service for my neighbors.
At first, I was unintentionally doing it as a business. But then, they suggest me to create an ABN as they may wanted me to do the service regularly and they also advise me to create one so I can attract more people to use my service and get some extra $$ from this activity. However, I also planned to create an ABN as I want to try doing food delivery service (Uber / Doordash).
As both of the business activities will be done by myself as a sole trader (it seems that both folding and delivery services are suitable under the structure of sole trader), I am quite confused on what should I choose to fill the "main business activity" in ABN application form?
In addition to that, do I need 2 ABN or I can just create 1 ABN under my name (as the business structure will be "sole trader" for both of my services)?
