Hello

I have a small business, operating for approximately 6 months as a Talent Manager. My business is well under the required $75000 threshold, however the talent that I represent charge GST for their services.

They quote their prices as $1000+GST.

How am I required to setup my invoice when they require GST - and my business doesn't?

Should I register my business for GST to be safe or do I include their GST rate IN their service price?

Thanks

Hi amiemg,

it is a little unclear. Could you please provide more background.

How do you earn your income?

Who pays YOU - the talent you represent or someone you "on-sell" their services to?
