Talent invoices me - and I pay the talent their rate.

Hi @amiemg
If the talent is registered for GST they have to charge GST.
If you're not registered for GST yourself you can't charge the brand.
You may want to think about getting advice from a tax professional to see what the best way is for you to set up.
