I have ATO linked to my gov. When I go in I can`t get through to the ATO. It is saying that it doesn`t recognise my super account and bank account, And I am finding it very hard to speak to anyone at the ATO. Any help would be much appreciated.
Hi @dangholmes71 when you say "when I go in" are you talking about ATO Online Services? Unfortunately you probably will need to give them a call as they'll likely need to access some of your info to understand the problem. The best time to call is usually in the morning I find.
