I intent to claim back GST for some purchased goods when leaving Australia, having been here on a working visa. I will come back a month or so later with the same goods, but as a temporary visitor, and will leave again after a few weeks. Do I have to declare the goods again on my way back in and likely forfeit the GST I had claimed back?

If I do have to forfeit the GST, can I reclaim it back when I leave Australia for the final time? Even though it will be passed the 60 days by that point.

Hi @skygreen

Do you mean claiming back GST at the airport? The Australian Border Force looks after this it's called the Tourist Refund Scheme. Check out the info here.
