I work in a a government bureaucracy and have done for years, and would like to maintain working under my maiden name - my current superannuation account is in my Maiden name. My husband and I are looking to roll into an SMSF - but this is in my married name. I need to change my current super account name to reflect my married name - easy enough to do - to roll my funds over into the SMSF - but will there then be a problem with ongoing super payments if the surnames don;t match? Help!

Your name should match TFN for super - otherwise you will have problems.
