Hey @RJ4, Unfotunately, regardless of whether you finished your degree or not, your HECS debt still needs to be repaid. You would have needed to withdraw from the subjects before cenus date to avoid getting a HELP debt. There are limited circustances where you can ask for your debt to be reversed.
The only way to bring your account balance down is to make voluntary repayments (in addition to any compulsory repayments you must make).
