How do I get past the Mygov update terms and conditions page

I try to sign into the ATO website to view my tax file number but when I do try to sign it I get prompted to accept the terms and conditions of MyGov I try to accept by ticking the box and pressing next but it just brings me to the same page. The same thing happens when trying to directly sign into MyGov.

I have tried:

Clearing cache
Clearing cookies
Resetting browser
Different device
MyGov mobile app (can login without the prompt but no way to link ATO)
ATO mobile app (brings up same page for authentication and the same terms agreement)
