I have now resent my certified documents (hard copies) and has now been received by ATO. I have now accepted RAM authorization however I still don't have access to the Portal. Does my Principal need to do anything from his side to grant me access to the Portal. When I login I am being shown the Link ABN option and when I do it just took me to the RAM authorization page.

Once we've completed your proof of ID we'll notify your principal authority. They'll then set up your permissions. Check out - Have an authorising representative set your permissions.
